Our Secretary is currently preparing a ballot Agenda which has been put to the SHU and meets with all necessary Criteria
This will be posted out when finalised to every federation member along with this Years Balance sheet which has Kindly been Edited by Mr B Love
Letters have been posted out to all Club Secretary’s for anyone wishing to forward their names through the secretary in writing with a proposer and seconder for any of the following Federation Positions which are declared vacant each Year thus meeting with Federation Protocol .
