Clock and marking stations

Federation races are usually race marked and clock set at the member’s individual clubs. There are however the following exceptions:

 

Old bird inland race from Buckingham – Race marked at Springfield Homing Club 30th May 2019. Duplicated with the Scottish National Flying Club. Clocks set at Springfield Homing Club 30th May 2019.

Old bird inland race from Maidstone – Race marked at Springfield Homing Club 13th June 2019. Duplicated with the Scottish National Flying Club. Clocks set at Springfield Homing Club 13th June 2019.

Old bird open race from Roye – Race marked at Springfield Homing Club 16th July 2019, Duplicated with the Scottish National Flying Club. Clocks set at Springfield Homing Club 16th July 2019.

For races duplicated with the Scottish National Flying Club, Federation members not duplicated in SNFC race can set clocks at club level but club master timer must be struck with SNFC master timer.

Young Bird Open race from Coventry – Central race marking and clock setting. East section at Springfield H.C. between 6pm and 7-30pm, West section at Nith Valley R.P.C. between 5pm and 6-30pm, on 6th September 2019.

All one-day races close at midnight on the day of liberation. Any races that are over 250miles are two-day races, and these close at 11.30pm on the second day. The official hours of darkness are 11pm – 5am.

For races duplicated with Scottish National Flying Club race and clock rules of convoying organisation will apply.
