On behalf of the Solway Federation I offer my most sincere congratulations to W. F. Van Nuil of Springfield Homing Club on winning the first Scottish National Flying Club race of the season from Buckingham. Billy has put up many notable performances over the years and had a tremendous season in 2017. To start the 2018 SNFC season with another great win and performance really is outstanding.
